Training Delivery Manager (Fleet Maintenance & Validation TTT)

This position leads training delivery for Waymo’s fleet maintenance function, helping technicians and workshop leaders develop the skills required to service proprietary autonomous vehicle systems. The manager will create blended learning programs, support training materials, assess practical competency, and ensure external partners deliver consistent and effective instruction. The role works closely with operations, service quality, safety, compliance, vendors, and other stakeholders to maintain readiness and improve processes. It also oversees training standards, uses learning systems and reporting to monitor outcomes, and conducts audits to sustain proficiency. It suits an experienced automotive service educator or operations training leader who is comfortable managing vendors, presenting technical content, and driving quality in regulated or high-risk settings.
