Technical Training Manager (WRA/RS)

This manager will report to the Head of Waymo Training and Documentation and lead technical learning initiatives for Waymo Operations. Responsibilities include preparing external instructors, delivering and auditing operator training, supporting manager education on operational software, and maintaining qualifications and assessments in the LMS. The role also oversees training partner performance, promotes regulatory and safety compliance, and develops scalable programs for market growth. It is well suited to an experienced training leader who has managed complex technical or operational programs, external vendors, and adult learning in rapidly changing environments. Experience in transportation, automotive, safety-critical operations, or on-the-job training would be especially valuable.
