Engineer, Global Product Support

This role involves being the system-level technical expert for next-generation ALD semiconductor equipment, working across hardware, electrical, controls, process, and software engineering teams. You'll own the complete lifecycle of new product launches including first builds, testing, documentation, and first-in-fab deployments with customers. The position requires close collaboration with development teams and manufacturing partners to ensure products are reliable, serviceable, and production-ready. You'll identify technical issues early in development, lead customer installations and qualifications, and provide critical feedback to improve product robustness.
