Supervisor, Critical Operations

This position leads the Critical Operations team responsible for maintaining the infrastructure and equipment that supports continuous data center operations. The supervisor coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance, contractors, capital projects, budgets, work orders, emergency response, and customer-related installations or requests. They also establish operating procedures, promote safety and compliance, and provide regular updates to site leadership. A major part of the role involves hiring support, work assignment, coaching, training, mentoring, and performance management for technicians, including serving as backup for the Critical Operations Manager. It suits an experienced facilities or data center operations professional who is comfortable making decisions during off-hours, leading people, solving complex equipment issues, and working fully onsite in a round-the-clock environment.
