Development Senior Project Manager – Q-Systems

This position manages end-to-end development programs for QTS data center campuses, from early site planning and entitlements through construction, commissioning, and closeout. The manager builds master plans, budgets, schedules, scopes of work, procurement strategies, and status reports while overseeing contractors, designers, engineers, vendors, and operations personnel. Responsibilities also include reviewing bids and pay applications, negotiating changes, managing equipment delivery, supporting client-specific solutions, and representing QTS in construction meetings. The role works closely with development, procurement, sales engineering, product, facilities, security, and data center operations functions. It suits an experienced commercial construction or infrastructure project leader who can manage complex, multi-phase programs and communicate effectively with executives and technical stakeholders.
