Senior Integrated Design Manager

Aligned Data Centers is seeking a design-focused project leader to support colocation and hyperscale data center programs in the Phoenix market. The role manages external design partners, guides design reviews and approvals, tracks project risks and metrics, and ensures deliverables align with operational, customer, cost, and efficiency requirements. Working closely with the Construction Manager, the position also supports budgets, funding requests, technical reviews, construction coordination, and the transition to operations. The role interfaces with customers, sales, engineering, architects, vendors, general contractors, and site operations throughout design and delivery. It is well suited to an experienced construction or engineering professional with strong data center, MEP, design-management, communication, and organizational capabilities.
