Director, Operations

This role provides executive-level operational leadership across a 24/7 data center campus and its critical electrical, mechanical, security, and facility systems. The Director coordinates operations, commissioning, maintenance, service delivery, safety, sustainability, customer commitments, and expansion activities while maintaining strong availability and compliance standards. They manage local leadership teams, vendor relationships, budgets, forecasts, inventories, change processes, incident response, and customer communications. The position also establishes operating policies, performance metrics, documentation, and improvement programs that strengthen service quality and efficiency. It suits an experienced data center or critical facilities leader who can manage complex infrastructure, develop people, navigate high-pressure situations, and work effectively with executives, customers, contractors, and cross-functional partners.
