Associate, Customer Technical Program Manager

This role supports multiple customer accounts from early planning and contract coordination through construction, delivery, and post-delivery activities. The associate partners with sales, engineering, delivery, operations, customers, and external stakeholders to organize meetings, monitor actions, document changes, and report project status. It also contributes to risk escalation, process improvements, and consistent customer communications under the guidance of experienced team members. The position suits someone early in their career who is organized, service-oriented, collaborative, and interested in learning technical aspects of data center design and construction. Occasional travel and time in active work environments may be required.
