Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager leads preventive, predictive, contracted, and corrective maintenance across mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, life-safety, plumbing, and building-management systems. Working with Facility Managers and Site Directors, the role schedules work, manages maintenance documentation and change processes, reviews vendor performance, and supports the integration of new assets and projects. The position also contributes to operational budgets, capacity planning, audits, compliance, energy management, customer activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. It provides technical guidance for the site while mentoring operations personnel and enforcing safe work practices.
