Advanced Materials Associate Director, Program and Capture Management
This leader will guide multidisciplinary engineering and program teams developing advanced materials solutions for government research customers such as DARPA, AFRL, and ONR. Responsibilities span identifying opportunities, shaping capture strategies, preparing proposals, managing technology contracts, and directing internal investment initiatives. The position also supports mission-area strategy, financial performance, communications, partnerships, and employee development. It is suited to an experienced materials or chemical engineering professional with substantial R&D program and capture experience, strong government and industry relationships, and the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders. The role is onsite at a designated Raytheon location and requires an active Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain Top Secret eligibility.
