Senior Manager, Program Management, Finance Material Program Manager

The Senior Manager oversees EAC forecasting, earned value management, integrated schedules, and variance analysis across concurrent contracts. Working with finance, program management, engineering, procurement, quality, and supply chain teams, this person develops material strategies and manages purchase orders and key suppliers from contract award through production transition. The role also supports MRP, proposal estimating, supplier negotiations, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and executive briefings. It suits an experienced supply chain or program finance leader who can interpret complex cost and performance data, influence cross-functional teams, and manage supplier relationships in a regulated aerospace and defense environment. The position is onsite in Tucson and requires U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance.
