Principal Engineer - Product Marketing

This position sits within Microchip’s Wireless Solutions Group and focuses on expanding automotive connectivity products for applications such as digital keys and vehicle access. The successful candidate will shape product roadmaps, analyze competitors and market trends, create business plans, and make feature and architecture trade-offs with technical teams. They will also represent the company in relevant standards organizations and convert ecosystem developments into product and messaging decisions. Collaboration with sales, field applications, business development, software, hardware, IP, and validation teams is central to the role. It suits an experienced semiconductor product strategist who combines wireless SoC expertise, automotive market knowledge, financial judgment, and the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
