Senior Marketing & Pricing Analyst

This position supports onsemi’s marketing and commercial organization by evaluating market conditions, identifying growth opportunities, and managing pricing for products such as op-amps, LDOs, logic devices, EEPROMs, and optocouplers. It serves as the central coordinator for global pricing, including quotations, agreements, pricing tools, cost reviews, and communication of strategy changes to sales teams. The analyst also works with distributors on business reviews, training, market intelligence, and product updates while contributing to demand planning and inventory decisions. Success requires balancing revenue expansion with margin objectives and building effective relationships with customers, purchasing managers, and channel partners. The role suits an experienced semiconductor professional who is analytical, commercially minded, confident in negotiations and presentations, and comfortable collaborating across regions and traveling as needed.
