Product Management Lead, Fire and Life Safety Software

The Product Management Lead will oversee the CARES-USDD portfolio, including automated dispatch, digital alarm transmission, and software solutions that support emergency response organizations. The role sets portfolio vision and roadmaps, evaluates market opportunities, manages lifecycle performance, and prioritizes investments based on customer and business needs. It partners with engineering, development, design, marketing, sales, executives, customers, and external stakeholders to deliver successful products and adoption. The position also leads new product introduction efforts and promotes ongoing optimization and innovation in a global, fast-moving environment.
