Senior Analyst, Program Cost Controls

This analyst supports the financial management of development programs operating under cost-plus contracts and EVM requirements. Responsibilities include long-range and annual planning, working-capital oversight, monthly performance reporting, estimate-at-completion development, and broader program controls. The position works closely with program managers, engineering and technical leads, contracts, operations, and finance partners to analyze performance and address issues. It is well suited to a finance or accounting professional who can explain financial and schedule information clearly, manage multiple priorities, and influence cross-functional stakeholders. Experience with defense contracts, SAP or related systems, EVM, forecasting, and cost-control processes would be valuable, along with an active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.
