Capacity Growth Office (CGO) Engineering Enablement and Process Improvement Initiatives Lead - Remote

This position drives cross-functional efforts to introduce tools such as GenAI, VDI, automation, and digital engineering solutions into engineering workflows. The lead evaluates and pilots technical and operational changes, establishes measurable outcomes, manages risks and dependencies, and expands successful approaches across the organization. The role also supports standardized practices, governance, leadership reporting, compliance readiness, and process improvements that reduce delays and improve consistency. It sits within the Capacity Growth Office and works closely with a broad matrix of enterprise functions and site stakeholders, with travel of up to 35%. It suits an experienced engineering or transformation leader who can combine technical judgment, program execution, and change leadership in a highly regulated defense environment.
