Onboarding & Contracting Department Leader - Onsite Tucson, AZ

This position leads the Onboarding and Contracting function within Raytheon Hardware Engineering’s Test Solutions organization. It oversees managers and specialists responsible for hiring operations, contracting, training, employee readiness, and deployment into engineering groups. The leader will coordinate with Talent Acquisition, HR, Facilities, Security, Engineering Excellence, and program leadership to forecast demand and deliver onboarding at scale. Responsibilities include creating standardized training and mentoring programs, monitoring throughput and costs, resolving issues, and strengthening processes during periods of rapid growth. This role suits an experienced operational or workforce leader who can manage large multidisciplinary teams, influence senior stakeholders, and remain organized and decisive in a high-pressure technical environment.
