Facilities Project Coordinator

TSMCPhoenix, AZ

This position coordinates facility projects ranging from office upgrades to tenant improvements and works with internal teams, customers, contractors, and government representatives. It also supports daily building inspections, maintenance scheduling, service-quality monitoring, code compliance, procurement activities, and corrective action planning. The coordinator contributes to outsourced-service scopes, budgets, contract negotiations, performance indicators, and cost-saving evaluations. The role is part of the facilities function supporting reliable, safe, and well-maintained operations at TSMC Arizona. It suits a proactive, detail-oriented professional with experience in facilities or project coordination, subcontractor management, documentation, scheduling, and customer-facing communication. The position is on-site in Phoenix and includes possible travel to Taiwan for training.
