Business Systems Architect – Finance (D365 FO)

This position serves as the primary functional leader for D365 FO finance capabilities, translating business needs into durable solutions across accounting, reporting, integrations, and operational workflows. Working with Finance, IT, architecture, data, and development teams, the architect will guide projects from discovery and design through deployment, support, and continuous improvement. The role also advises finance leadership, supports audit and reporting integrity, contributes to merger and acquisition activities, and mentors functional analysts and end users. A strong candidate will bring substantial D365 FO implementation experience, deep accounting knowledge, and the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders. It suits an experienced finance systems professional who is comfortable operating in a fast-growth environment and exploring Microsoft cloud, Copilot, automation, and AI capabilities with appropriate governance.
