Sr Analyst Health and Safety

This position is part of Raytheon’s Environment, Health & Safety team and serves as a technical resource for workplace safety and compliance initiatives. The role coordinates programs covering areas such as contractor safety, hazard assessments, electrical safety, confined spaces, machinery, fire protection, and lockout/tagout. It also supports facility and process reviews, audits, safety councils, injury investigations, root-cause analysis, and continuous-improvement projects. Success requires influencing people across technical, operational, and management groups while applying applicable OSHA, EPA, DOT, and industry standards. The role would suit a proactive safety professional who communicates well, can manage multiple site priorities, and is comfortable working in a regulated defense-manufacturing environment.

Requirements

University degree or equivalent experience, with at least 2 years of relevant safety experienceAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship requiredExperience applying regulatory EH&S requirements and developing practical controlsStrong communication and collaboration skills across employees, engineers, contractors, and managementExperience with safety inspections, incident investigations, corrective actions, and trainingActive Secret clearance and CSP or ASP certification preferred
