Test Systems Principal Execution Lead

This leader will oversee test-system activities from design and development through integration, verification, and sell-off while maintaining disciplined execution against program plans. They will coordinate with program managers, control account managers, suppliers, and engineering disciplines to manage risks, staffing, technical changes, readiness criteria, and milestone commitments. The position also involves troubleshooting complex test equipment and supporting earned value, baseline, forecast, and variance-analysis activities. It suits an experienced test systems or engineering execution professional who can lead independently, communicate results to senior stakeholders, and mentor other engineers. The role is fully onsite in Tucson and requires U.S. citizenship along with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
