CLS - Program Cost Control Analyst EBA - P3 - Hybrid

This analyst works within RTX’s Functional Finance organization, partnering with Engineering Product Team Leads, Control Account Managers, and program leadership. Responsibilities include preparing quarterly Estimates at Complete and monthly Latest Revised Estimates, evaluating risks and opportunities, reviewing actual costs, and analyzing performance against budgets, schedules, and forecasts. The position uses tools such as SAP, APEX, IMS, and PMX to produce reporting and support EVMS processes. It also involves documenting variances, supporting budget change requests, and communicating findings that improve cost and schedule predictability. The role suits an experienced finance or program controls professional who is comfortable with Excel, enterprise financial systems, cross-functional collaboration, and independent analysis in an aerospace and defense environment.
