The Chief Engineer serves as the senior technical authority for StormBreaker production, setting engineering direction and maintaining execution discipline across integrated product teams and support functions. Responsibilities include resolving production issues, managing technical risks, guiding capability upgrades, and supporting failure investigations and corrective actions. The position works closely with manufacturing sites, subcontractors, customers, and executive program leaders while overseeing technical activities tied to deliveries and contract commitments. It also includes mentoring multidisciplinary engineers and providing day-to-day direction across fabrication and delivery operations. Requirements
