AIM-9X Production Program Manager

This role is part of the AIM-9X program leadership team and owns execution of new-build production contracts, including profit and loss, annual operating plans, delivery performance, and customer commitments. The manager will work closely with depot and transition-to-production leaders to coordinate factory resources, resolve production issues, and restore timely deliveries. Responsibilities also include supplier engagement, foreign military sales expansion, proposal support, investment planning, and communication with customers and senior leadership. The position suits an experienced defense program manager who can lead through recovery, build strong customer relationships, and operate effectively in a matrixed organization. Candidates should bring substantial program leadership and financial management experience, preferably involving DoD production or munitions, and must hold an active Secret clearance and be able to work onsite in Tucson, Arizona.
