Program Planner I - Onsite

The role sits within Raytheon’s Program Planning organization and partners with program managers, customers, engineering, production, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include building and updating resource-loaded schedules, incorporating contractual changes, checking compliance and quality, and analyzing critical paths and schedule performance. The planner also contributes to forecasting activities such as estimates at completion and maintains program phasing schedules using specialized software. This opportunity suits an early-career business, finance, mathematics, or STEM graduate who is organized, analytical, comfortable communicating with varied audiences, and able to work independently in an onsite defense environment. U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance are required.
