OSC - Program Cost Controls Analyst - P2 - (Onsite)

This analyst will partner with Control Account Managers, Program Managers, the Business Office, and supply chain leadership to manage financial performance across multiple contracts. Responsibilities include preparing forecasts, analyzing actual costs and variances, maintaining control account structures, supporting quarterly EACs, and contributing to proposal estimates and cost-reduction initiatives. The position also helps improve reporting processes and participates in factory and program decisions affecting cost, schedule, and funding. It suits a self-directed finance professional who can communicate clearly, work across functional teams, and interpret financial information in a production or defense-program environment. Candidates should be comfortable with Excel and Microsoft 365, and must be U.S. citizens able to maintain an active Secret clearance.
