Sr Technical Program Manager - Adoption and Enablement

This position owns enablement programs throughout the Fusus implementation and sustainment lifecycle, helping users understand both platform workflows and the technical foundations of successful deployments. The manager will create curricula, coordinate training plans, deliver scenario-based sessions, and establish repeatable webinars or briefings for internal and external audiences. They will also monitor adoption, support post-deployment issues, validate readiness, and turn feedback into improvements to products and training materials. Success depends on close collaboration with product, engineering, implementation, instructional design, and technical writing teams. The role suits an independent facilitator with experience training large professional groups, engaging technical and operational stakeholders, and preferably supporting public-sector, law enforcement, or enterprise technology environments.
