Senior Proposal Analyst - Material - Onsite

This position is part of RTX’s Material Estimating Organization, which prepares pricing proposals and supports reviews, audits, and customer negotiations. The analyst will build material estimates, assess direct costs, review supplier quotations and purchase order history, and produce complete material proposal packages. The role also requires applying company pricing tools and ensuring estimates meet FAR and internal standards. It suits an analytical, organized professional who can collaborate across functions, communicate clearly, and deliver accurate work under deadlines. The position requires U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance for onsite classified work in Tucson.
