Analyst II- HRIS

This position is part of the HRIS function and serves as a functional Workday resource across benefits, compensation, recruiting, and related modules. The analyst configures benefit plans and eligibility rules, supports open enrollment, monitors vendor integrations, performs audits, and troubleshoots system or data problems. Additional responsibilities include creating reports and dashboards, testing system releases, documenting processes, assisting with training, and providing HR data support. The role suits a detail-focused HR or HRIS professional who enjoys analytical work, systems administration, and collaboration with stakeholders. Candidates with foundational HR technology experience who want to expand their Workday expertise may also be well suited.
