Sr Legal Operations Specialist, Legal Transformation Project Manager

The Senior Legal Operations Specialist will lead planning and execution for Legal Transformation projects under the Legal Operations organization. The position develops governance structures, project plans, reporting tools, communications, financial tracking, and reusable processes that improve the Legal team’s effectiveness. It works closely with Legal leadership and partners in Finance, HR, Communications, IT, Procurement, and business functions to coordinate work, manage risks, and resolve obstacles. The role is based in Charlotte or Phoenix with a hybrid schedule and may involve occasional global collaboration and travel. It suits an organized project manager with strong communication, stakeholder management, and process improvement skills, particularly someone with experience supporting corporate or legal operations.
