Finance Analyst

This position is part of the cost planning and financial planning organization supporting multiple manufacturing locations and business units. The analyst prepares recurring financial reports, evaluates actual results against operating plans, and contributes to monthly and quarterly forecasting, including cost, scrap, inventory, and gross margin analysis. Responsibilities also include journal entries, close reconciliations, planning-system updates, and financial modeling. The role works closely with manufacturing controllers, supply chain partners, and business finance teams to resolve inconsistencies and improve the reliability of financial information. It also offers opportunities to automate reporting, train finance users, support new product costing, and consolidate technology-related P&L information. The position suits an experienced finance professional who is comfortable with detailed analysis, cross-functional communication, and enterprise financial systems, particularly in a semiconductor environment.
