Cost Accountant

This newly established position sits within Supply Chain Controllership and reports to the Director of Supply Chain Controllership. The accountant will prepare close entries, oversee inventory reserves and reconciliations, analyze manufacturing cost variances, and support standard costing across multiple entities and business segments. The role also contributes to management reporting, audit and SOX readiness, ERP-based cost processes, and improvements to the accounting infrastructure. It suits an experienced manufacturing or supply chain finance professional who is analytical, precise, comfortable with complex data, and able to explain financial drivers to non-finance colleagues. The position follows a hybrid schedule based in Scottsdale, Arizona or Boston, Massachusetts.
