Principal Organizational Development Specialist

This position serves as an internal advisor who evaluates organizational needs and turns findings into practical development, change, and talent solutions. It will design and facilitate leadership programs, team sessions, assessments, engagement initiatives, and organizational improvement projects from planning through measurement. The specialist will also coach leaders, support organizational design and succession efforts, and help employees and teams adapt to structural or business changes. Success requires strong consulting, facilitation, analytical, and project management abilities, along with confidence presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders. The role is well suited to an experienced organizational development, talent management, learning, or organizational effectiveness professional who can operate in a complex manufacturing and international environment.
