Senior Technical Marketing Engineer – Automotive Electrification

This position belongs to a strategic marketing organization focused on understanding automotive power and sensing markets and turning those insights into new solutions. The engineer will act as a technical authority across traction inverters, onboard chargers, high-voltage converters, battery disconnects, motor control, embedded systems, power electronics, and sensing. Working with engineering, product management, sales, field applications, customers, and ecosystem partners, the role will define architectures, support designs, collect customer requirements, and influence product roadmaps. It also involves developing application notes, reference designs, presentations, training, and other materials that communicate onsemi’s value to OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and integrators. This role suits an experienced automotive electrification professional who can combine hands-on technical knowledge with strong communication, strategic thinking, and willingness to travel internationally.
