Security Operations Manager II

This position manages daily physical security operations across a data center campus, including contract personnel, patrols, access control, surveillance, alarms, investigations, and incident documentation. It partners with vendors, construction teams, law enforcement, emergency services, and internal stakeholders to maintain secure facilities and deliver projects on schedule and within budget. The manager also develops procedures, conducts risk assessments and emergency drills, supports audits, and drives improvements through training and performance measurement. The role is suited to an experienced security leader with strong operational, project management, communication, and customer service abilities. It requires on-site support in a 24/7/365 environment, periodic travel, and possible round-the-clock emergency availability.
