Facilities Technician II

This position supports facility operations by keeping properties, machinery, building systems, and workplace equipment safe and functional. Responsibilities include responding to maintenance requests, conducting inspections, servicing utilities and appliances, installing air, electrical, and network drops, and performing basic pest-control and grounds tasks. The technician works with employees and visitors in a fast-paced, noisy environment while following safety, environmental, and company procedures. FM Industries is looking for someone with several years of facilities experience, broad hands-on repair knowledge, strong organization, and dependable communication skills. The role suits a self-motivated technician who is comfortable with physical work, varied maintenance assignments, and occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds.
