Global Threat Intelligence Leader

The Global Threat Intelligence Leader is responsible for designing and building Axon's threat intelligence capability from the ground up, rather than maintaining an existing program. This role monitors geopolitical, physical, and cyber threats impacting global operations while producing strategic intelligence products for executives and operational teams. The position requires developing governance frameworks, SOPs, and repeatable workflows that enable intelligence to inform decisions across protective services, executive protection, travel security, and crisis management. This is ideal for someone energized by solving complex problems, integrating emerging technologies like AI and automation, and establishing trusted partnerships across security, cyber, legal, and business teams. Success is measured both by the intelligence products delivered today and the enduring capability created for tomorrow's organization.

Requirements

5+ years in threat intelligence, military intelligence, law enforcement, or corporate securityDemonstrated experience building and maturing intelligence programs or security capabilitiesStrong understanding of the intelligence cycle, structured analytic techniques, and OSINT platformsExceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Criminal Justice, or equivalent professional experienceFamiliarity with AI-enabled research, automation, and emerging intelligence technologies
