Principal Engineer, Applications

This engineer will join onsemi’s applications organization to investigate emerging SiC solutions and validate power modules for demanding power-conversion systems. The role combines converter topology analysis, modeling, evaluation-board development, and high-power bench testing in a well-equipped laboratory. It also involves producing technical documentation, supporting marketing activities, and working directly with customers on difficult semiconductor design challenges. The engineer will collaborate broadly across the company and contribute technical direction to product roadmaps. It suits an experienced power electronics professional who is comfortable moving between theory, hands-on experimentation, technical communication, and global customer support.
