Senior Planner - Engineering

This position supports the dsPIC engineering organization by bringing structure and visibility to product development, engineering builds, wafer lots, qualifications, and manufacturing transitions. The planner works across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, quality, operations, and business teams to align materials, capacity, requirements, and schedules. Responsibilities include maintaining engineering and manufacturing planning data, leading coordination reviews, identifying execution risks, and improving the reliability of planning processes. The role also focuses on using analytics, automation, and emerging AI capabilities to reduce manual work and improve forecasting and schedule performance. It would suit an experienced semiconductor or technical operations planner who is collaborative, comfortable managing complex dependencies, and able to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
