Sr. Manager, FP&A

Reporting to the VP of FP&A, this leader will oversee annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasting, monthly forecasting, and performance analysis across multiple SG&A organizations. They will advise senior business leaders, evaluate investments and operating expenses, identify risks and opportunities, and translate financial results into actionable recommendations. The role also includes collaboration with Accounting on close activities, development of headcount and long-range planning models, and improvement of planning systems and reporting processes. It suits an experienced FP&A professional who can influence executives, operate effectively in a fast-moving environment, and balance strategic thinking with detail and financial accuracy. The position is onsite at an Axon Hub Tuesday through Friday.
