This leader serves as the primary Digital Technology representative for early capture efforts supporting a Strategic Business Unit’s Naval Power portfolio. They coordinate with program architects, proposal leads, and other stakeholders to shape responses, manage information and workflows, and transition opportunities through the capture lifecycle. The position also supports Agile front-end-of-business practices, portfolio tracking, and special initiatives within Program Architecture. It suits an experienced proposal, program, or technology leader who can manage complex cross-functional work, influence senior stakeholders, and balance cost, schedule, technical, and contractual considerations. The role is fully remote within the United States, includes potential domestic travel, and requires an active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Requirements

10+ years of relevant experience with a university degree, or 7+ years with an advanced degreeExperience preparing proposals and analyzing IT or engineering requirements, costs, schedules, and technical documentationKnowledge of contracts, Basis of Estimate development, Statements of Work, RFI responses, and RFP processesActive, transferable U.S. government Secret clearance and U.S. citizenshipStrong project leadership, risk and opportunity analysis, cost analysis, and performance tracking skillsAgile leadership experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Product Manager is preferred
