Senior Engineer I - Validation

This engineer joins Microchip’s USB and Networking Validation Team to help bring high-speed connectivity devices into production. The work includes creating validation strategies, designing test boards and lab setups, collecting and analyzing silicon data, and documenting results. The engineer will collaborate with design, product, applications, and field engineering groups to uncover difficult defects and reproduce customer problems. Success requires strong electronics laboratory skills, sound judgment about real-world usage scenarios, and the ability to communicate findings clearly.
