Technical Program Manager I

This position sits within Axon’s Enterprise Professional Services organization and supports complex customer implementations involving multiple products and stakeholders. The TPM will investigate customer workflows, document requirements, collaborate with project, architecture, product, and technical teams, and help configure scalable solutions. Responsibilities also include planning user acceptance testing, assessing solution trade-offs, and preparing training and adoption materials. The role is based at a US hub with a hybrid schedule and requires up to 30% travel.
