Senior Engineer II, Product Integrity (Onsite)

This senior individual contributor will own validation strategy from requirements through production for products such as body-worn cameras, energy devices, sensors, and connected hardware. The engineer will create and execute testing across environmental, reliability, safety, EMC, and functional domains while establishing stronger procedures, automation, and data practices. They will also investigate difficult hardware failures, guide corrective actions, and collaborate closely with hardware, firmware, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory teams. A major focus is developing predictive models, digital twins, anomaly detection, and other analytical tools that reduce physical test cycles and improve coverage. The position suits an experienced hardware validation or reliability specialist who can set technical direction, mentor others, and influence senior stakeholders, and it is based onsite in Phoenix with limited travel.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or related engineering12+ years in hardware test, validation, or reliability engineeringExperience validating complex electronic or electromechanical products through mass productionExpertise in environmental, reliability, EMC, safety, and compliance testingAI/ML, statistical modeling, simulation, or predictive analytics experienceStrong Python or similar scripting skills plus failure analysis experience
