Technical Program Manager, Fleet Operations (Onsite)

This position manages company-owned and leased trailers and related equipment from acquisition through deployment, maintenance, transfer, and disposition. Reporting to Fleet Operations leadership, the role develops scalable processes for inventory control, transportation, field support, preventive maintenance, and asset compliance. The manager coordinates with customer-facing teams, Finance, Legal, Operations, and external service providers to resolve issues and keep mobile units operational. It suits an organized, hands-on program manager with experience in fleet, logistics, physical asset, or field operations and the ability to manage time-sensitive work across regions. Familiarity with fleet systems such as GeoTab, transportation regulations, and vendor performance management would be valuable.
