Intel Process Integration Engineer - (BE)
This engineer will integrate front-end semiconductor processes across lithography, etch, deposition, diffusion, cleaning, CMP, and metrology to establish robust manufacturing processes. They will investigate defects, yield losses, and electrical performance issues using statistical analysis, experiments, and root-cause methods. The position supports process monitoring, documentation, technology ramp, and ongoing improvements in coordination with device, equipment, yield, reliability, and design teams. It is suited to a PhD-level engineer or scientist with semiconductor fabrication, device characterization, or cleanroom development experience who can combine technical analysis with cross-functional problem solving. Experience with statistical software, scripting, device physics, VLSI processing, and fab automation would be advantageous.
