Senior Marketing Designer

The Senior Marketing Designer shapes Axon's brand presence across all marketing touchpoints—from campaign creative and product launches to event environments and social content. You'll report to the Executive Creative Director and operate as both an independent creative thinker who spots untapped design opportunities and a collaborative team player who executes strategic briefs with visual distinction. The role spans brand campaigns, large-scale experiential design for conferences and trade shows, and establishing visual systems that guide motion and multimedia teams. You'll work in a high-velocity creative studio balancing planned campaigns with reactive projects, requiring judgment about when to refine work versus ship it. This suits designers with 5-7 years of brand or agency experience who combine technical Adobe and AI fluency with entrepreneurial instincts, strong environmental design knowledge, and the ability to communicate creative rationale confidently to stakeholders.
