Operational Risk Manager

This position sits within Operations Safety & Readiness and owns the ongoing management of operational risks, including risk-register governance, investigations, monitoring, and safety framework compliance. The manager will maintain authoritative operational playbooks and convert observed trends, predictive indicators, and workflow weaknesses into practical improvements and product requirements. Success requires close collaboration with Product and other cross-functional partners, often influencing decisions without direct authority. The role is well suited to an experienced operations, safety, or risk professional from autonomous vehicles or another high-reliability industry.
