The Program Director is accountable for the success of a prominent U.S.-German missile program spanning development, manufacturing, sustainment, Foreign Military Sales, and commercial contracts. This leader sets program direction, drives delivery and performance objectives, manages P&L and annual operating plans, and coordinates risk mitigation across engineering, operations, supply chain, contracts, and finance. The position also develops domestic and international growth strategies and maintains trusted relationships with government customers, industrial partners, and suppliers. Based onsite in Tucson, Arizona, it involves domestic and international travel and requires an active Secret clearance held by a U.S. citizen. It suits an experienced defense program executive with a record of leading complex government and international programs, managing production organizations, expanding business, and developing high-performing teams.
