Principle Specialist, Material Program Manager

This position serves as the primary connection between Global Supply Chain Management and program teams for development contracts within the Naval Power mission area. The role develops material strategies, evaluates supplier and program health, supports proposals and rough-order estimates, and works to resolve cost, schedule, and execution issues. Success requires balancing strategic planning with hands-on operational tasks while coordinating across engineering, quality, operations, supplier management, and program leadership. The position suits an experienced supply chain or program professional who can work independently, influence stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in a defense environment. It is based onsite in Tucson, Arizona, and requires an active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship eligibility for clearance purposes.
